Resources – Medway, Kent

We’ve decided to split the resources page into 2 sections. One for local residents of Medway and surrounding areas, and one for national resources (some information may be duplicated). These are designed to help signpost in the event of a mental health crisis, or whether you are planning to open up and speak to a trained professional.

If you wish to learn more about a particular resource, please click the logo to be taken to that service’s website. If you know of a service that we haven’t mentioned, please feel free to get in touch.
